Coronavirus Latest Updates: Delhi borders with Haryana reopened on Monday morning after Haryana allowed inter-state and inter-district travel.The lockdown in containment zones has, however, been extended till June 30 in Haryana. The number of coronavirus cases in India continues to rise. India is now the seventh worst-hit country in the world due to coronavirus. On Sunday, the number of cases in India stood near 90,000-mark with the death toll crossing 5,000. Globally, the number of Covid-19 infections has climbed to 61.65 lakh, while 3.71 lakh people have died due to coronavirus.The Haryana government has allowed inter-state and inter-district travel from today. The decision was taken at a meeting chaired by Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Sunday.
Himachal extends lockdown till June 30 with more relaxationsThe lockdown in Himachal Pradesh has been extended till June 30 with more relaxations such as opening of religious places, hotels and plying of inter-state buses services. Relaxation in curfew has been extended and it would be from 6 am to 8 pm,HP Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur said. Religious places and shrines will be open for locals of Himachal Pradesh following necessary standard operating procedures, the notification stated. Hotels will be opened for use of guests for non-tourism purposes such as housing of people visiting the state for official, business purposes only. The chief secretary stated the natives of Himachal Pradesh can stay in hotels but tourists from other states would not be entertained till further orders. Restaurants and dhabas can serve food by operating at 60 per cent of their seating capacity and in accordance with SOPs to be issued by department of tourism. However, movement of people will remain strictly prohibited from 8 pm to 6 am throughout the state.
Delhi-Gurugram traffic resumes as Haryana reopens interstate borders
In fresh guidelines for the lockdown 5.0, the Haryana government decided to open its interstate borders,including those with Delhi from June 1 and places of worship, hotels and malls from June 8.
The Haryana government also allowed interstate movement of people and goods. As per the fresh guidelines issued by Haryana, however, the lockdown in containment zones will continue till June 30.
In a meeting with some of his senior ministers and officials on late Sunday evening, CM ML Khattar took a call on the Centre's fresh lockdown guidelines, termed as "Unlock 1.0".
Delhi-Noida borders to remain sealed
The Noida-Delhi border will remain sealed for the movement of people to and from the national capital,the Gautam Buddh Nagar administration has said. The decision was taken based on a Health Department report on Sunday which said the source of infection in 42 per cent of the coronavirus cases detected in the district in the last 20 days has been tracked to Delhi. As per the new guidelines, activities permitted and prohibited by the Union Home Ministry will apply to Gautam Buddh Nagar too. While 50 per cent of the shops in urban areas will open every day in an alternating manner, the Labour Department has been directed to modify and notify weekly holiday separately after consultations.
Industrial activities are allowed outside containment zones. In a relief for residents of high-rise apartments, the guidelines said in case there is one or multiple cases in a tower in a multi-storey society, only that particular tower where active case/cases have been found will be designated as containment zone. In rural areas, an entire village will be a containment zone if there is even one case, and if there are multiple cases
then the adjoining village will be taken as a buffer zone. Non-essential movement in or out of a containment zone gets restricted besides increased vigilance and action by the health department for contact tracing and preventing measures against Covid-19.

Shops in Haryana will remain open from 9 am to 7 pm.
Haryana also decided to open all religious places, hotels, restaurants and other hospitality services,besides shopping malls from June 8 in accordance with the SOPs. The Haryana government has maintained
