Vanilla Apple Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 medium apple
½ tbsp honey
¼ cup Almond milk or regular milk (unsweetened)
2 tsp cold-pressed virgin coconut oil
1 tbsp peanut butter
½ of a large banana, frozen
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of ground cinnamon for serving

Instructions:

Wash, peel, and slice the apple into small pieces. Place it in the blender
Add in the remaining ingredients: milk, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and virgin coconut oil along with a few ice cubes for a thick texture and blend it together
Sprinkle the ground cinnamon on top
Enjoy the thick, healthy smoothie.
