Tokyo Olympics 2020 Live Updates: After Mirabai Chanu won the first medal for India on the opening day of the Tokyo Games, hopes of a second medal continue to grow. It was a good start to Day 6 for team India. After the rowing team of Arjun and Arvind finished 11th, India’s best show at Olympics, Indian shuttler PV Sindhu beat Mia Blichfeldt in straight games to advance to quarters. Indian hockey men team gave a confident performance to beat reigning champions Argentina 3-0 and advance to quarterfinals.


Meanwhile, Manu Bhaker will compete in women’s 25m pistol qualification after a disappointing end to the mixed-event with Saurabh Chaudhary. Also in action will be boxer Mary Kom and Satish Kumar in their respective Round of 16 clashes. Anirban Lahiri and Udayan Mane will be seen in golf action for India
