India Vice President to inaugurate World Hindu Congress in Chicago

 CHICAGO – The second ‘World Hindu Congress’ is being in Chicago from 7 to 9 September. World renowned spiritual leaders attending include: Dalai Lama, Sri Ravi Shankar, Acharya Lokesh Muni, RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat etc. It will be inaugurated by the Vice President of India Venkaiah Naidu. World Hindu Congress Coordinator is Dr. Abhay Asthana. Chicago-based Dr Sham Kant Sheth is the Chairman-cum-Chicago lead of the Congress.

Over 1800 representatives from some 80 countries will participate. In the three day conference discussions will be held in seven categories namely World Hindu Economic Forum, Hindu Educational Conference, Hindu Media Conference, Hindu Organizational Conference, Hindu Political Conference, Hindu Women Conference, Hindu Youth Conference.

The organizing committee comprises: Sanjay Shah, Amitab Mittal, Dr Sham Kant Sheth, Abhay Asthana, Vinesh Virani, and Shailesh Rajput.

Over 1800 representatives from some 80 countries will participate. In this around 250 key speakers will express their views in various sessions. The preparations are in full swing. On August 11, a meeting of workers was organized in Chicago under the guidance of Swami Vigyananand to review, the preparations are satisfactory. The first World Hindu Congress was organized at New Delhi.
