Australia captain Finch retires from ODI cricket after scoring 26 runs in last 7 innings

Australia's white-ball captain Aaron Finch has announced his retirement from ODI cricket. The third Australia-New Zealand ODI on Sunday will be his last ODI.

The 35-year-old's decision comes after scoring 26 runs in his last seven innings.

Finch has played 145 ODIs, scoring 5,401 runs, including 17 hundreds. "It has been a fantastic ride with some incredible memories," Finch said.
