Tata Consultancy Services has sent an email to its employees mandating them to work from the office three days a week.
The email further stated that managers will create a roster, and adhering to the roster is mandatory.
It also said, "Needless to mention, any non-compliance will be taken seriously, and administrative measures may be applied."
