Chandigarh, Jan. 6: Samsung India announced the launch of four new mid-segment smartphones - Galaxy A3, Galaxy A5, Galaxy E5 and Galaxy E7 on Tuesday.

Galaxy A3 will be priced at Rs 20,500, A5 at Rs 25,500, Galaxy E5 at Rs 19,300 and E7 at Rs 23,000.

Galaxy A3 and Galaxy A5 are slimmest smartphones with full metal unibody, slim design and a superior hardware to meet the style quotient of the product’s target group, youngsters.

“India is the first country for the launch of Galaxy E5 and E7, reaffirming its position as a key market for Samsung globally. The launch of new dual-sim smartphones will further strengthen Samsung’s product portfolio in the mid-range segment,” Asim Warsi, VP - Marketing, Mobile & IT, Samsung India, told reporters.

The new range of smartphones will be available from mid-January, he said.

Galaxy A3 will be priced at Rs 20,500, A5 at Rs 25,500, Galaxy E5 at Rs 19,300 and E7 at Rs 23,000.
