DiDi Global to delist from New York, will pursue listing in HK

China's DiDi Global has said it will delist from the New York Stock Exchange and pursue a listing in Hong Kong, adding that its board has approved the move.

"The company will organise a shareholders meeting to vote on the above matter...in the future," it added.

The announcement follows a crackdown on the firm in China after its US IPO.
