Amber Heard has filed a fresh court appeal to either dismiss the June defamation trial verdict won by her ex-husband Johnny Depp, or start a new trial.
The filing called the $10.35 million awarded to Depp "excessive", saying there was "no evidence" to substantiate it.
She also cited 'poor legal reasoning' and 'improperly vetted jury' as reasons for verdict's dismissal.
