Tesla CEO Elon Musk's response to Twitter's lawsuit over his abandoned $44 billion buyout deal will be made public latest by Friday evening, a judge said.
Musk's attorneys wanted to file the public version of their response on Wednesday, however, Twitter attorneys needed more time. "Few cases attract as much public interest as this one," the Twitter attorney wrote.
