Adani Group on Friday launched an open offer to acquire 26% stake each in ACC and Ambuja Cements from public shareholders.
The offer was approved by the SEBI recently and is estimated at over ₹31,000 crore, if fully subscribed.
Earlier in May, Adani Group reached a deal with Holcim to acquire the Switzerland-based company's stake in Ambuja Cements and ACC.
