North Korean leader Kim Jong-un's sister, Kim Yo-jong, criticised the UNSC for holding a meeting on the country's first failed attempt to launch a spy satellite into orbit.
She said the meeting was convened upon "robbery demands" from US, adding that UNSC is acting as a "political appendage" to the "gangster-like" Washington. She also vowed to launch another spy satellite.
