Its rightly said  “when your body is hungry, it needs the right nutrients not calories”

Stomach is one of the organs of the human body on which the entire human body and body nutrition is dependent for its normal functioning. Digestion is an organic process that breaks down and transforms the food into nutrients passing through the intestinal wall and further into the blood stream.

The root cause of most of the diseases starts with stomach and if the problem remains or increases, the nutritional status of the whole body gets imbalanced and leads to number of health issues like diarrhoea, constipation, IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease), Ulcers, IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease) etc.

Practicing good bowel habits and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, consuming wide range of plant-based foods, probiotic foods, fermented foods and avoiding more of processed foods, will lead you to a healthy body and mind. So, consuming the right food or right nutrition not only feeds nutrition for you but it feeds nutrition to micro bacteria that live in the stomach and strengthening the immune system.

Human gut is a home of complex micro bacteria with a strong impact on host body. Microbial colonization of gut starts before birth and these micro bacteria impacts many human aspects of human physiology form metabolism to cardio vascular system or nervous system.

Gut Flora plays a very important role in maintaining the healthy digestive system and at the same time influences our immune system too. Unbalanced flora with many opportunistic pathogens can shift the immune system to an increased inflammatory state.

Thus, the immune system and gut bacteria are dependent on each other for regulating one another and supporting each other for a strong immune system. Therapeutic diet plays a very important role in influencing our health and diseases and maintaining a good nutritional status correcting the deficiencies and changes in weight wherever required, thereby boosting the entire immune system.
