Ingredients for Mango Baked Yogurt Recipe
Mango pulp 1/2 cup + For topping
Yogurt 1 cup
Condensed milk 1/4 cup
Fresh cream 3/4 cup
Fresh mint sprigs to garnish
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180° C.
Step 2
Take yogurt in a bowl, add condensed milk, cream and mango puree and mix well.
Step 3
Pour the prepared mixture equally into 4 earthenware bowls and place them in a shallow baking tray. Pour some water into the tray.
Step 4
Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat, cool and refrigerate to chill.
Step 5
Add some mango puree in the centre of each bowl, garnish with mint sprigs and serve.
