The heirs of designer Aldo Gucci have said 'House of Gucci' portrays the Gucci family members as "thugs [who were] ignorant and insensitive to the world around them".
They further said that the production team "did not bother" to consult them.
"This is extremely painful...and an insult to the legacy on which the brand is built today," their statement read.
