The Supreme Court ruled that cinema hall owners can bar moviegoers from carrying food and beverage from outside, and remarked, "A cinema hall is not a gym or a place for nutritious food but a place for entertainment."
The Supreme Court further asked, "If people bring jalebis or tandoori chicken inside the hall...then who will pay for the cleaning?"
